Quintessential Southern Comfort radiates through the “Cottage” in The Greenbrier Resort. In this remodel and addition, Design Authentic was asked to channel the original designer at the Greenbrier resort Dorothy Draper, while creating a lighter, brighter, more spacious home. Before the remodel, this home was dark and rustic. Design Authentic created a new experience, crisp and classic with warm and clear colors throughout. The clients had a train room in the unfinished basement. New rooms were added to provide additional bedrooms, kitchen/bar, hidden storage, wine cellar, breakfast area, and seating areas.
